Love for one, and that "Lived in feel"..You know. When there are pictures on the wall of people that mean something to us...and keys on the table that unlock all kinds of real things (our work office, our cars). Food that we like in the cupboards, and things that hint a who we are. A bedroom dim at 7pm. Patches of sunshine on falling across the floor. Mail on the kitchen counter with your name on it...and pets! Animals that struck a cord with the owner in some intimate way so that they took them into their life. Have you ever walked through an empty house or a demo place and had that creepy empty feeling? Yeah, thats cause that is just a house.
