the question is:
Jonathan Kozol asserts that Since the court ruling of Brown Vs. Board of Education, US public schools have shifted from desegregation to the restoration of segregated schools.
Do you Agree? if you do, how does this affect education in general? Disagree? Explain.

This would be a retrograde step, and do nothing for the American nation. I'm British, and think that many of society's ills stem from the lack of integration and understanding which currently prevails.
