My friend says she can't become pregnant with sexual partner due to the fact that he has only one testicle. The other was removed because doctors found a mass in it.

Yes, she can still get pregnant. The remaining testicle will still produce sperm unless he got a vasectomy while they were removing the other testicle. And even vasectomies aren't 100%.
