Actually we are enlightened during the duration in the working environment. One way or the other, the will to live and the propensity to learn, have given the awareness of living as being the ultimate requirement of life.
The concept of enlightenment can be extended in aspects of achievements that are out of the ordinary, which is done at the expense of awareness and expertise in consecution to the success story. The stupendous innovations on all corners of the earth are testament to the acute awareness that made possible this performance. We are in our right has already enlightened.

Well, I just finished reading a book that gave me the answer to that question. It's called, "Heaven On Earth - A Guide to Enlightenment & Human Unity" by Stephen D'Amico, available at ameekpress.com or amazon.com. The author had an encounter with what can only be described as, a brush with God, and it left him totally spiritually transformed. He is now on a mission, through this book, which details his experience and how he got there, to raise the awareness for all of us, that enlightenment is possible for anyone willing to follow the proper steps. It's extremely well written, easy to comprehend, and very informative as to how one can attain enlightenment. A precious jewel illuminating the spiritual well possessed by us all and this book will give any seeker, the key!

The world would be more enlightened if everyone would read more. It doesn't matter what the material is. Every time you read a book you learn something new. You might like it or you might not, you might agree with it or disagree, but you have taken in some kind of information and engaged in some kind of thought process that you wouldn't have otherwise. Yay for books!

ending violent inclinations would help a great deal, as well as giving everyone a bit of logic and common sense, especial in this day and age. It will only grow worse if we do not act while we still can realize the problem at hand.

shock them with some thin horrible to show them how awe full things are. Perhaps a string of things all around the glob so ya' don't miss those people that see it on TV but don't believe it could happen in their neighborhood.

if we could all be more open minded and tolerant it would help a lot.
i think that you have to start with children and teach them early. by the time someone is an adult it's almost always to late to change the way they way they believe and treat others.
