What is this shiny MLB sticker on my Lousiville Slugger Dynasty bat?

Theres no autograph. Its a SICK bat. Weighs a feather, and has a shiny MLB baseball sticker with a number on it. What is it and if its "certified", how do I look up info on it?

I KNOW it means Major League Baseball. Is it a special bat?

That's "Major League Baseball". Louisville slugger got them to allow their logo on the bat. Here is a page with the dynasty line on it http://www.louisvilleslugger.com/baseball/aluminum.html
