Go to your internet service providers website and look in help. They should have the pop3 and smtp info.

Usually it is mail."yourisp".com (or .net) "yourisp"= whatever company you are using for your internet service without the quotes. This is not always the case but most of the time it is. And this is usually the same for both incoming and outgoing servers (pop3 and smtp). You should be able to call your ISP and they can help you set it up.

exactly you need to go to the website of your internet service provider for example Yahoo or now AT&T

Mail Server (POP, SMTP) Settings

MemberID@prodigy.net pop.att.yahoo.com smtp.att.yahoo.com
MemberID@sbcglobal.net pop.att.yahoo.com smtp.att.yahoo.com

Incoming mail server: POP3
Outgoing mail server: Outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication
Incoming mail port #: 995, secure connection (SSL) checked
Outgoing mail port #: 465, secure connection (SSL) checked

hope this helps you out

Most of the Outlook Express error messages are due to problems with the internet connection, not the software on your computer.
