ok, so a while back my stereo was stolen from my car, it was early and when i realized it i saw a car thay has never ever been in that neighborhood before. and the guys walking towards the car passed by me not turning at all just looking straight on till they got in there car and left. i got the plate number just in case. the cops came took the report and i told them bout the car, but they said unless i saw them do it i cant do n e thing. im about 95% sure it was them, whats the best way to try to catch them, is there n e where were i can look up plates to get info on the person?

Just let it go man, It will just end up costing you more, the way the law is these days you might get arested for making the perp have a bad day, its really pretty bad.

step back and get some perspective on the situation. its a car stereo. oh well. the people who stole it arent the kind of people you want to play cops and robbers with.

DO NOT try to "catch them". That is breaking the law, and you can be punished for your actions.
