Stupid or ignorant people do not know how to protect their rights, correctly fill in documents, hire an attorney,etc.
They make many very expensive mistakes.

Sounds like a stupid question! Just joking. I'd say expensive to the individual and a financial burden to the society that has to feed and take care of the stupid.
