What a good idea, I always thought that we would get stonger as a species what with obese people having heart attacks, stupid people falling off chairs etc. but this could speed things up alot. You should write to some higher powers suggesting this!

Of course not. Not all at least. Leaving natural selection to people who are uninformed would hardly promote society, let alone it's health.
I will grant you that some could be removed, but then, why read them if you don't care?
You want to improve society? It's gonna take a lot more than removing warning labels.
