What makes Bush worse than Nixon? Bush has Iraq where we have lost less than 4000 soldiers, and Nixon had the even less popular, and less successful Vietnam war where we lost over 50,000 troops. He messed with the economy more than Bush with his wage and price control, which no economist would endorse. Finally, like him or not, he has never been considered for impeachment, meanwhile Nixon's administration stank so much of corruption that he resigned rather than face an impeachment. With the exception of being a better public speaker what possible grounds do you have for preferring Nixon to Bush?
Furthermore Bush has cut taxes, and that's alright with me. It has also been alright with the economy as it is has been growing strongly and real purchasing power has been going up.
How about James Buchanan or Warren G Harding? These two presidents consistently take the last spot in polls, regardless of who is administrating the poll and who is taking it. I would happen to agree. One sat on his butt depressed and did very little to prevent the civil war, while the other moved America to isolationism. Before you defend isolationism please remember Pearl Harbor. There is a reason no significant political figure advocates it today.
Worst president ever? Warren G Harding.

U.S. Grant according to Historians. Historians refuse to evaluate modern Presidents because we are too close to the subject. Although I doubt Bush would be considered one of the best. Gerald Ford seem to have a level head in evaluating Presidents though. Said Carter was ghastly, but Clinton was descent and Reagan was over rated (took credit for Nixons work). I don't know why liberals worship Clinton though.

Gee. Another new & original question. This is the 1st time I have seen this question (today). Bush is not a tyrant & only the worst president since Bill (Slick Willie) Clinton. History will show him to be well above average. Carter was the worst in my lifetime. Buchanon was the worst all time.

Yeah, it's going to be hard to beat George. While Grant and Harding both had scandal plagued administrations, they're pikers compared to Bush. This administration is just one thing after another non-stop.
