i heard its suppose to make your eyes look bigger, but how should i apply it.
im a funky person, so .. in whatways can i make it look nice yet funky. even tho i dont think it suits me. beigish face color

Maybe u can try it on the lower lid.

I used a pearl white eyeliner sometimes and I use the same as I would black eyeliner on the top lid. Just be sure to use an extra coat of mascara for a little extra eye drama... this look is great.. especially for the spring time.

You put it on the rim of your lower eye. Make sure that you match the white as best you can to the shade of white that your eye is. It makes them look bigger, but not really "funky".

okay, what i do is put it at the inner corner of your eyes, and up a tiny bit on the upper lashline, but do not go farther out, just keep it on the inside. it works wonders! Especially if it has a little shimmer in it. And the white will look great with your skintone for sure! good luck!

I would use it sparingly. I went to high school with a bunch of white trash girls that overused it and NOTHING else so it was just terrible! thats all i can think of when i think about white eyeliner. try a shimmer in the corners to draw attention

I saw Tyra use it on her show and it did make her eyes pop! I went out and bought some and it doesn't look the same. She applyied it on top of the make up she already had on just like regular liner.

all you have to do is apply a little to the inside corners of your eyes above your eyelid, just kind of dot it in a bit then rub it in. Then apply your regular eye makeup!

white eyeliner makes your eyes glow so i think its a glam look not funky.

i saw this girl once whose eyes looked very pretty. She had black eyeliner on her top lid close to her lashes and then white liner abover that.... i liked it

When you line your bottom lid it does make you eyes look bigger and brighter. I do it all the time.
