Ever since I was young, like about 6 years of age, I am now 15.

I have been having dreams on occasions about me driving a car, and the loosing control of it, as in the breaks didn't work.

and I end up crashing, but once it crashed. I would wake up or a new dream would occur.

I have them, when I atleast would expect it.
What do these dreams mean?

Woah, man! You probably wouldn't have expected this, but I have been dreaming pretty much exactly that for the last 14 years myself. I don't crash, I just drive, and I'm incredibly annoyed by the dream, because Im so used to it by now.
Here's my suggestion:
Have someone check how your breathing is when you sleep. I tend to have irregular breathing when I dream that sort of stuff, and I don't have that when I don't eat animal products.
So, in short, you could have a food allergy that's putting you through this. The easiest thing would be to start a row of experiments. Start by cutting out dairy things for a week. If there's no difference, try sugar. And so on.
In my case, its alcohol. I will have that dream when I've had a glass of wine. Beer doesn't do it, so it must be the sulphites.
Good luck!
It can all be fixed.

Well it could mean be carefull on the roads, don't drink and drive, or a whole bunch of stuff. Get your brakes checked soon, I don't have this problem because i can control my dreams. Good Luck.

The car symbolizes YOU. Since it goes out of control, you apparently don't trust yourself, or you think you might fly off the handle; or else you are uncomfortable with yourself and wish you could control it.
