Do you ever blame yourself...?

for other people's coldness towards you? Though you don't have any idea what you did wrong?

I usually do, yes...I don't have very good communication skills, which is a big part of my problem, and I just tend to blame myself for a lot of things in general...

I even have greater often than not believed that it became because of the fact on the circumstances my relationships failed, I lacked the skill for some thing that the different guy or woman became searching for. and that that they had assumed that I had had it. So rightly or wrongly, i assume i've got blamed myself for all my disasters in love. in line with possibility I could carry this up with my therapist next week? in line with possibility i'm being too self severe?

Although some people don't quite "get" me,
I don't think I've encountered real coldness
from anybody. I'm guessing though, that if I did,
it might wear on my sensibilities, and affect
my self-confidence a bit, until I got a grip on it.

I usually blame myself.
I find that easier than blaming them because I don't have any idea what they did wrong for me to even think about acting coldly in turn.

I normally can guess when I have done something wrong... I am not a very cold person but people do read me very wrong sometimes..

lol yea sometimes when people treat me by cold way like i did a crime , and the fact i did nothing , it hurts alot and make me think and blame myself about something wrong i didnt make hehehehe
