Most of the time, I ignore them, specially if I work with thhis person and don´t want to have a problem.
If this is not the case, I might leave and show him my back.

There is always someone that is annoying you have to just try to block them out. Ignore them as much as possible. If you have to work with them do what you have to do then ignore them. Be polite about it though.

I figure you are saying annoying it just comes down to removing yourself from the annoying person and just to ignore them. Or you can be very blunt and tell the person straight up that they are very annoying and you wish they would not bother you.

The best way to escape someone who is really bodering you, is to avoid him...
Ignorance is the best defensive weapon you posses. You can ignore them, and you can stop their words from getting to your heart!
If it really insists, and their attacks become violent (verbally or physically) u can always announce the authorities !

I know this kid Blake and he is Annoying beyond belief and well i just ignore him but when he gets annoying i tell him to stop and insult him and stuff.

I ignore them, people that annoy other people do it for attention, whether positive or negative. If you ignore them it doesnt add fuel to their fire--- and therefore snuffs them out!
