I won't give an absolute dogmatic no, but I will say that there is no good reason to think we can go back in time and many very persuasive reasons to think that we cannot.
So you can take that pretty much as a no.

There are some theories about travel backwards in time. Wormholes would be one such method. If you created a wormhole with 5 years of time difference between the ends, you would be able to traverse it from the "future" end to the "past" end to go back in time, but probably not to a time prior to its creation.
It's thought by some that if you could find a way to surpass the speed of light without using cheats like warp drive, that the flow of time around you would be reversed.
There is the possibility that there is matter in the universe which is actually going backwards in time. Positrons and electrons annihilate each other when brought together. It has been postulated that the positron is the electron but going backwards in time, and the annihilation is the moment when the electron reversed its direction in time.
For now, the only conceivably feasible form of "time travel" is to move at relativistic speeds, which makes time pass more slowly for you relative to the rest of the world. This would have the same result as your having travelled forward in time, but it's not like going 88mph in the Delorian, and BAM - you're instantly in another time.

as a non-scientist i tend to agree with anyone who says 'special relativity' in their answer and so I agree no, probably not.
From a logical point of view, I would have to say that if it is possible we will never discover it, because if we ever do discover it, someone would have come back by now to tell us about it. This assumes a certain cynicism about the ability of the human race to keep a secret from itself.

You Can't Travel Back in Time, Scientists Say !
There are a handful of scenarios that theorists have suggested for how one might travel to the past, said Brian Greene, author of the bestseller, “The Elegant Universe” and a physicist at Columbia University.“And almost all of them, if you look at them closely, brush up right at the edge of physics as we understand it. Most of us think that almost all of them can be ruled out.”...... more at this link:

I think we can. Time does not exist in the absolute. In our relative world we use time to define past, present & future, but it's all happening at the same time. If you're in a different time zone you're either ahead or behind, but it's all happening simultaneously.

No. That's Science Fiction Mumbo Jumbo.
The idea of going back in time, violates CAUSALITY.
(the idea being that you cannot know exactly what is going to happen at any given moment.)
