you need to upload your CD onto your computer, and then burn it onto a DVD. If you don't have a DVD burner on your computer, there are external ones you can get.

If the cd was recorded in the VCD (video cd) format, and you have a newer DVD player, the disc may already be able to play. If not, then you will need a program to transfer the movie to your computer hard drive and convert it to DVD format to record to a DVD (if you have a DVD drive on your computer.

It may play in a dvd player already, but It depends on the format that the movie is in... Most likely if it is an mpeg file type it will play in most newer DVD players. If it is divx or some other highly compressed format it may not.

no... sorry it wont... i think that it has to be on a dvd-r disc. but the discs arent that expensive, so just go out and buy one and then put the movie onto the dvd. voila :P but first find out if your computer has a built in DVD burner. if it doesnt then you can buy one to attach to your computer
