Sally Hansen has a product. its called nailgrowth miracle and it works if you use it every day. But to improve the strength of your nails you need to take some B complex Vitamins. Take one a day with a meal, no more as it is not watersoluble and will stay in your body and too much can be toxic. The after taste can be yakki and therefore its best to take with food.
