Um I have no idea if this helps but these are acoustic love songs I know.. I can't play guitar so I dunno if it's easy or not to play.

Nice and simple song...great vibe....
"Love of a Lifetime" by Firehouse. The "extremely acoustic" version can be found pretty easily online (Rhapsody for example).
That's our favorite!
