yes it is, sometimes
when mind does not want to think about somthing and we have to do nothing then its very difficult to do nothing

staying in bed all day and doing nothing is way more difficult than like, getting up to eat and use the bathroom...
doing nothing about something you feel is wrong is difficult if you know you could do something to help...
doing nothing when you're really horny and have opportunities is often way more difficult than doing something...
getting wasted with everyone else vs. being the only sober one
