the sharks are putting clinics on teams lately. they started off by playing great against the best teams and lost by a gola and then whooped dallas something good and now are on fire, and what is with nabby? when did he get good again lol I swore they would rush toskala back in, but it looks like he will be taking a backseat for a long while, my prediction he gets traded over summer? yours?

It has really been all a hot goaltender (Nabokov). Some of the games seem to have been close and then later in the game when the other teams are pressing to get back in the game, the Sharks have capitalized on their risk taking. I would just worry that they are peaking too early but I think if the goaltending holds up, this team is built for the play-offs and I would not be the least bit surprised to see them win it all.
I think Toskala will get traded but not until closer to the trade deadline next year as he is good cheap insurance should Nabokov go down or falter.

Billy Guerin looks like he is starting to click with his new team and marleau. That gives them very solid offensive lines. Matt Carle is starting to play like he did last year which is huge for the Sharks. I disagree on Toskala , i think nabakov may be the guy who gets traded if they do not win it all ,especially if they want to keep Guerin around and some of the other young guys may be due for some raises so it could be Nabby who is moved to free up some money, I think the Sharks management has confidence that Toskala is a solid goaltender who can due the job, They have a solid front office so I have confidence they will make the right decision on a very tough call.

Dude they're playing teams like Edmonton. Anyone can shut them out these days. That being said, they will want to stay about where they are in the standings, no use playing like Nashville or Detroit, if they move up to 5th, in the first round.
Stay about where we are and we can feast on Canucks! Sharks all the way to the holy grail!

They might be on a tear, but my ducks are better and they are also on a tear, and if you dont believe me just look at the standings and you will see who is in first place.
