Clean it often as you would a normal countertop. If you use it as a cutting board or put food directly on it, I would recommend cleaning it with soap and water everytime you are done. Also, make sure to get it resealed about every year or so. (When a drop of water starts to soak into the granite instead of staying puddled, then it needs to be resealed.) You can get a professional to do it or get some sealer at your local home improvement store and do it yourself.

I have these too, replaced formica. What a pain these things are And that expensive silicone monthly.
We had a very good material in Formica, Why this material as better is beyond me. Sorry i got these thing and they cost $8500
Only reason to buy this is a status symbol, formica is better material.

never ever leave oil on it because it absorbs it and leaves a stain, and if try not to get lemon juice on it because it can make little pecks in it
