Connect your iPod first. Then, go to My Computer and double click the iPod icon.
Go to Tools > Folder Options > 2nd page (view) and choose to have all file types shown.
Go back to My Computer, then click on the iPod icon again and into your music folder and send any song you want to your My Documents.
Hope that helped!

Well if the music is on the ipod do the following: Download itunes to your new computer here: http://www.apple.com/itunes
When it has downloaded plug your ipod to your pc.
There will be a time that the computer is gonna ask you if you want to automatically update songs to your ipod, when that appears click no because if you do all the songs on your ipod will be deleted. Then you can copy the songs on your ipod to your itunes library by dragging them from one folder on your ipod to itunes. Hope this helps.

There is actually three ways: the first being plug your ipod into your computer and bring out itunes, click file and then click export, then click removable device or ipod( could be either one) the when its done sycing plug it in your other computer and do the same thing, plug it in, open itunes click file, but this time click import, then click removable device or ipod.
second be copy it all to a usb key(big enough to hold all your songs) copy all the music and plug it in to the other computer, and move the songs to itunes
Lastly and the expensice way burn every song you have to CD's and rip them to your second itunes
