Must look very up together to present an item that looks very good value. Kitchen is always an attraction to the lady of the house+ bathroom. For the chaps garage/workshop/small office room light and airy. And possibly adecent sized garden
to appeal to the said person/s

Switch on every light and lamp, light candles prior to a viewing, make the place look light and attractive. Remove everything from table tops, worktops and where ever we 'drop' envelopes, newspapers, spectacles, toys etc etc. Ensure the kitchen above all other rooms is looking spotlessly clean and clutter free! Lounge must be inviting but not too personalised, bedrooms must be tidy and free from any personal incidentals (like lipstick, deodorants, nightwear etc). Front approaches to the house must be colourful and tidy

De-clutter you house. Curb appeal, plant some inexpensive colorful annuals in front. Remove personal items, photos, memorabilia, etc. Have as little as possible on kitchen counter, no brick-a-brak or overly cute items. Consider storing some of your furniture if you have alot. They are buying your house not your stuff. So try to show off the good features of the house not "your home".
