I'm just wondering because I still love the first person I ever loved. And it's been a year, and I really cant picture myself with anyone else. And I still get the feeling he loves me or did, since it's been a year, it's just a vibe I get I guess, or maybe wishful thinking but it's like I feel there was a connection between us that couldnt be broken, but i dont know, anyway, So I'm just wondering is it true that there's always gonna be some kind of love between you and your first true love?

No, i don't think i ever have feelings anymore even a little for my first love or all my ex bfs. Wait till you find the right another one, you'll leave the past behind. I know people have different experiences but that's mine!

I'm not sure about there being feelings of love between you and your first love.
I've always heard it said that you will always remember your first love. And in my case it IS true for I can remember exactly where I buried the bastard's body.

My first love was 10 years ago. We both gone separate ways and haven't seen each other again... but yes. He will always have a place in my heart.

I think people will always have some love towards their very first love, but the feeling may not be mutual.

Personally I think your first love will always hold a special place in your heart. Nobody can ever take their place, nobody can ever be first again. Mine will always have a piece of my heart.

no my first love was a girl that later in life outed me and got me kicked out of my apartment, haven't talked to her since and don't ever want to, now my first gay love then yes
