I try to download a google video and it's a link to a youtube video. Is there any way to sort out videos that are only on video,google.com?

You should be able to get them using Javi Moya's VideoDownloader. Mozilla's Firefox has a convenient add-on for it, and you can get files from several places such as Google Video, YouTube, DailyMotion, MetaCafe.
