I think you should go and buy one-- better to be safe than sorry!!!

That was the best one I could find. Wraps and Asian style are the best for long term use. I couldn't carry my son in a sling after he was 12 pounds. It hurt my shoulder too much. He's pushing 20 pounds now and my Asian carrier is a god send.
