Yeah. Smile all the time and be happy. there are times when a customer has a bad attitude . You still have to put on the "happy face". You can't talk to your coworkers about this grouchy customer or else it is goodbye job. There are "difficult people", so best of luck to you.

Be polite and accurate. Be willing to work a flexible schedule. Come to work in a neatly laundered/unwrinkled uniform. Be possitive and energetic.

Smile, don't speak to quickly, enunciate your words, apologize to the customer when you mess up, pay attention to what the customer wants when they have special requests (and don't mess it up), thank them for their patronage.
