It's not unusual at all to have a bigger appetite when you're exersizing more. Muscle needs more calories then fat to be maintained, so it's to be expected.
If you're worried you're eating too much or see it's having a negative effect on your weight, try switching to 5 or 6 smaller meals throughout the day. This will prevent you from overeating when you feel very hungry on the normal 3 meals a day and it's generally healthier for you and helps you lose weight.
Also, be sure to drink plenty of water. Water can be one of the biggest contributors to someone who wants to lose weight, it's especially helpful if you exersize alot. Try and drink at least 7 8oz servings a day.

On the contrary, it's a good indication that you have stimulated your metabolism and need fuel. It's okay to eat more, just eat GOOD. I read that you should eat a small amount of protein 30 minutes before you exercise to get your metabolism moving. As for other "meals", if you like spicy, go nuts because spices actually make your metabolism burn long and hot. If spicy isn't your thing, try Jello (it actually burns more calories than it produces). When I started exercising, I noticed I was hungry allot more ofter so instead of "3 square meals" a day I eat five to six small meals and that really helped cure being hungry all the time. FYI - I've lost 10 pounds in a month and a half so you're doing just fine!

Try to increase your water intake. Before eating down a large glass of water, it will help you get full faster. Drink as much as you can in between meals as well. I read recently that alot of times thirst is mistaken for hunger pangs. It could be that your body is craving more fluids do to the perspiration you lose when working out. It is normal for you to become more hungry when you're exercising because your burning more calories and your body is doing what is natural.

hi Courtney, Your bowels are responding to the higher fiber on your eating routine. I take it with assistance from "eating healthful" you advise you've decrease out junk and extra lots of culmination, greens and water on your eating routine so all of those will impact your digestion and bowels. don't be aggravating, it really is a sturdy element. Your body is cleansing. Combining means and cardio is proper to a healthful body, pretty for us women individuals because we are no longer likely for the cumbersome muscular seem (nicely, maximum individuals are not). The muscle doesn't definitely 'replace' the fat. fat is burned and muscle is supplied. to attain a lean body you may burn fat and tone muscle at the same time. cardio burns fat even as means preparation builds muscle and as all of us be conscious of, more advantageous muscle = more advantageous fat burn.

enery in equals energy out.
If you are excersing more than usual your body needs and want to be refueled. Not unusual, and if your calorie intake is still less than what you are burning while excersing, you will lose some weight

Your body needs carbohydrates, which are found in food, to produce energy to exercise. So the food your eating is being used up for energy when you exercise. hope that helped.

You will need to eat to give your self energy as you have burnt so much off.
You need to have reduced food intake general, but still enough to not allow you to be hungry all the time.
You do not want to be ill.
Ask a fitness expert.

Happens to me every time I work out.... It's OK to eat, but try non-fatty things like veggies. I like to eat snow peas as a snack, personally.

Your body isn't used to excercise and is used to your normal amount of food. When you burn of the food, the stomach feels empty and feels like it needs to eat until the level of fulfillment.
