Not a country. And not 'evict'.
I'd place rent restrictions on the human womb. Only the most qualified in ANY nation would have the right to put a little human in there.
Have you received a PhD? Do you have any hint of narcissism? Do you drink too much or abuse your spouse or, potentially a child? Any other addictions?
Do you know what "overpopulation" is and why virtually every economist and specialist on poverty can link the two as being in direct proportion?
Have you ever raised a really troublesome pet? Have you ever spent 12 to 24 hours a day, several months with an infant? If so, did qualified test-officials deem you a proper guardian?
It's been noted that, to drive a car, you have to pass a test and get a license, but any doofus can become a parent.
Yep! Rent restrictions on the womb. Once we level out to a world population of around 100 million, all with excellent parents, we'll be doing great.
By the way. I don't have a PhD, so I can't have one.

Hard to say. It's too bad I'd have to get rid of a whole lot of innocent people, but if I had to choose one, maybe something like Saudi Arabia. The saudis are one of the primary sources of terrorist funding, and also the reduced quantity of oil (assuming Saudi Arabia is leveled down into ocean leaving nothing in its place) would make people start thinking a lot more seriously about alternative power. Iran, North Korea and various african countries are also good options.

I wouldn't evict any countries. I'd evict all politicians who want to expand the size and scope of government (which is about all of them).

I personally would evict all countries that are not apart of Europe and I'm an American.

I hate to say this because WalMart will get pissed. China, they are going to be a great force to reckon with down the road and they are the evil empire. They have the Bomb, equipment and over 2 million soldiers. AND all the money.

Russia
Besides from the little part of russia covered in mountains and trees, everyone is disgusting, they have espionage and spies to this day, if we go o war with them again, this time it wont be a Cold War, it'll be a hot one.

North Korea, not free, cant l;eave and they dont know anything about the outside war, most of the women are poor single mothers who just raise asholes to continue the whole cycle

Mexico, then the US could own Cancun and make TJ a beautiful place instead of a crummy one!
Besides, the Mexican's don't want their country, we should let them ruin the US while we take over Mexico and make it beautiful.
