i have a lot of guy friends and i just wanted to know if it really hurts as bad as they say it does to get hit in the balls.

YES it hurts id rather drop a hammer on my bare foot or get hit with a baseball bat in the chest than to get hit in the balls for god sakes every once in a wile one of my "friends" will be messen with me and try to hit me there and even tho it was just a tap like a little more than golf clap or some thing light of the sort it renders me motionless and tho i might not be on the floor i am standing there crunched over remembering to breath

Females don't have extremely sensitive (or any organs) in the exterior of the body only protected by a thin layer of skin (the scrotum).
It would hurt less to get stabbed or cut. Reason is that the testicles are extremely sensitive, and if you hit them, the pain is extremely intense and sudden, hence why we fall to the floor immediately. Imagine if your eyes were just dangling and someone kicked them. Trust me, it's painful. I've only been hit there once (and it wasn't that hard) and I'd pay $1,000 just to avoid being hit there, no questions asked. However, it's a good area to hit if in an emergency, such as someone trying to kidnap you or rape you.

What hurts even worse is when you end up going home with a girl and not getting off so you get the blue balls. Then one off your buddies thinks it's funny to hit ya in the balls. That is the worst pain known to man.

For some reason, this question has been asked quite often lately. Are you ladies up to something we guys should know about? Yes, it hurts, plus t makes guys vomit pretty bad. And most often, it makes the sac fill up with fluid so that it swells up pretty big, which is painful, too.

Yes! Pain radiates up through the stomach that causes a strong sense of nausea. In addition, we instinctively drop into the fetal position to protect from any further damage.

It especially hurts if the balls are large, it would not hurt as much if they were smaller. I have the big problem.i

I think throwing up, turning pale and writhing on the floor in the fetal position is a good indication that it does.

Erm, yes it's extremely painful, some guys can't even breathe afterwrds for a couple of seconds, and they have tears in their eyes, DON'T do it !!! :((
