Make a list of everything good in your life and realise how lucky you are. Do something you enjoy doing and spend time with those you enjoy ebing with. Indulge a little in your favourite things or treat yourself to something you normally wouldn't. Keeping busy is the easiest way to distract yourself, prevent yourself from wallowing. If you are a little sad this should cheer you up. Clinical depression however is an illness requiring counselling and medical treatment. Don't be afraid to ask for help should you need it. Good luck!

Laughter is the best medicine - watch a funny movie or read jokes on the 'net.

Exercise will stimulate endorphins, a brain chemical that makes you feel good.

Express Gratitude - say or write down 3 things that you are thankful for. More is better.

Do something to help someone else!

Help a charity.

Call a friend that is sick or lonely.

Help a stranger in need.

Tudor a child in reading.

Start a fundraiser for a good cause.

Send a 'friendship' card to an old friend or family member.

Help an elderly neighbor with yard work or house work.

Take a dog for a walk. (The dog with LOVE you for it!)

Best wishes and good luck.

Surprisingly excercise is a known way to get rid of depression. I get that feeling everyonce and a while. I go outside and take a walk or jog. Sometimes I hop on my bike. Excercise has also been known to grow braincells (they just announced this earlier this week after extensive studies). Cheer up and get out some! :)

Surround yourself with happy people. Go to a party. Have some fun with a friend, go to a movie. Go for a brisk walk and breathe deeply. Don't dwell on the bad things in your life. Read a happy book. Watch a funny movie.

Play with your kids, nieces, nephews, sister's kids etc. Visit your old granny or grampy. Cheering up someone else helps put your problems in perspective. Go for a vigorous walk or just plain work out.

When I'm depressed I write in my journal and listen to music. Usually its at night so after I listen to music long enough I just zonk out and feel better the next morning.

Sorry you are sad; feel better!

Watch a really stupid/funny movie. Something with absolutely no moral values in it. The more lowbrow the better.

Go to the website: www.thesecret.tv and watch the film "The Secret". I can almost guarantee that after watching it, you will have a more positive outlook on your own life, and life in general.
