They're really, really tiny, much smaller than a pencil dot. You can't "catch" them, but you can see them under a strong enough microscope (sorry, I don't know what power you need). Assuming you're talking about your own, you'd have to masturbate until you ejaculate and then smear some of the semen on a microscope slide. Don't do this at school, OK? They don't live long out in the open, though.
If you meant something else, ask again.

well you need to set a trap. like a mouse trap only smaller and you need to put a piece of bacon on there. the sperms love the bacon. and then wait and you will hear a scream and you have caught a sperm. continue to eat the bacon to gain the courage of the sperm.

while one can easily catch semen in a cup or their hend or what-have-you, to catch a single sperm might prove quite a challenge given their microscopic size.
