Well, feel safe everyday even though I did got robbed at gun point, but I guess I didn't seem to be a bit worry. I believe in the supernatural being that created us all, I felt Him in my mind speaking if I would of pass away being with God would be safe. Heaven is the safest place in and out the world. No where is safe and that's too much to get worried over.

I feel the safest when I'm with my boyfriend. We've been together for over 2 years. I never worry about anything with him. He isn't some huge wrestler or anything but he's very aware of me when we're together and wouldn't let me do anything that would put me in danger (like going to the ATM alone at night). We live together too so having him there just makes me feel safe. I can be alone and feel safe, too, but with him is the best.

Feeling safe is a total illusion, it is all in your head. You ultimately feel safe when you stop challenging yourself and feel risk when don't. Some risk is worth avoiding, but to avoid all risk would be impossible, because it would create new risks.

For example: Someone doesn't want to get sick so they avoid crowds. Unfortunately the crowd is the best place for them to locate a mate, so in avoiding the risk of getting sick they create a new risk of growing old alone.

Another example, someone does not feel safe in the stock market, so they pull their money out to avoid potential loss. However, the interest rate they get in the bank on their money does not exceed the inflation rate and they create a new risk, as inflation eats away at their savings.

So feeling safe is the illusion of choosing not to see both sides of a risk. If you look longer term, everything safe has risks and if you look short term, all risks appear safe.
