First, make the selected sim go to the newspaper or computer. Then click on "find new place".

Have your selected sim (has to be an adult at least) either move out by the newspaper or computer. Each should have the option *find new place*. You can move more than one sim at once out of a household, too.

you don't pack your things you go to the newspaper o computer and click find own place or something and then this taxi comes and your sims go in it and then you find you sims in the neighborhood and at the family bin you will find your sims and then you can buy a house

go to ur paper and click move out and make sure ur on the family member u want to move out as.
