No, in fact there are VERY VERY few internet jobs that aren't scams period. Most work from home/internet jobs are for professional positions. The ones you see to stuff envelopes, create your own online businesses, etc., are generally rip-offs.
To see about working, call your local employment office and see about a work permit. I'm guessing you're too young, as I live in Kentucky and they only issue permits to 15 year olds that have good grades and greatly limit the hours they can work... and we're probably one of the more lax states about child labor.
If that doesn't pan out, check with your family and neighbors to do some chores for money. My brother and his friend used to cut grass in the summer and made quite a bit of money!

No they are all scams. The real jobs are for people with documentable qualifications.
As stated, look for a need right in your neighborhood and fill that. I just talked to two girls yesterday who were starting a dog walking business, they were about your age. That had two steady customers and were looking for more.
