17 is ruthless I love his cool persona.It's deadly he's very powerful alot atronger than a 100% Supersayin 1 .Now SuperHellfighter(Cyborg) 17 is the man his design is perfect I mean he can't be harmed by energy attacks ,they make him stronger that's perfect.He is 1 of my favorite chracter villians.
