issues, and what stances on those issues, define the middle / centrists / moderates -- consider that you were writing the platform for a new "centrist" party, how would it be distinct from the "left" and "right"?

A person is "the middle" believes that neither side of the debate is always right. Such a person holds some conservative views and some liberal views. There is no easy way to define these people. Some "moderates" will be in favor of raising the minimum wage, oppose cutting taxes, and oppose abortion and gay marriage. Meanwhile, another "moderate" will take exactly the opposite views on those 4 issues. Yet they are both "moderates."

They arent decided in the middle but they might be decided WHEN the middle takes a stand on one side or the other.

The middle are people who have no convictions of there own. They wait for the polls to decide which way to vote.

Open to talking points and rational discussion. willing to take in factors from ethical, economic and diverse stqandpoints. Realizes one side does not have all of the answers. Ect.

Either you believe in what this Country is all about, or you put it down. During war, or revolution, that is ' shot on the spot '. talk. Even in other countries today, that is happening, but we call them " Insurgents ".........Go Figure !!
