technically the height vs weight scales do not start until you reach 18, but lets say that you are.
at 5 feet a girl should weigh 95# and for each inch taller, add 5#.
so, in your case at 5' 95# then add 32.5# for the 6&1/2 inches, which makes your total weight 132.5.
Now, noteveryone that is 5'61/2" tall weighs 132.5; so there is the fudge factor of +/- 10%. SO that makes your weight range 119.25# up to 145.75#
good luck

You should be studying this in school by now.
Its your height (cm)/Your weight(Kg)
Its the Indice of Corporal Mass (ICM)
Me for example, I am 5''8 and 194.
My ICM is 29.6, if I was an adult, I would be considered as mildly obese, but really, I am not. because most of what I have is muscle, because 194 pounds of fat, I would be like...huge, I have a little belly, but I work out alot.
When you are a kid, you cant really say because you still have to grow, but if youre an adult the ICM is mostly correct
It determines if you are ok, fat, obese, Obese type II, REALLY OBESE
Go to this site, Its in french...but its numbers and universal language, its not hard to understand....
You for example, if you were an adult, 125 pounds would be perfect, 130, 110...its alright, more means youre chubby, or muscled, but for a girl, its probably not muscle, less means youre too slim.

It is so hard to tell what is average when you are entering puberty - or in the midst of that "wonderful" stage! Everyone's body is different and grows at different rates. Sometimes just measuring height and weight isn't enough in order to see if your body is healthy - and you can't compare your body to someone else's body. What you need is to figure out your BMI - your body mass index - that will tell you how much body fat you have and how much much you should have for your height and weight in order to be healthy. I'm sending you a link where you can figure this out for yourself. Good luck - and be happy!
