Example: I got diagnosed with chicken pox when I was 21. I broke out on my legs first, which is highly unusual. There happened to be an intern in the room. The doc knew right away what it was. But because the intern hadn't had enough practice identifying all the ways the pox shows up, she had no clue. So being a doctor is a process of practice.
Besides, if they called it their job or their business we'd probably try to bargain our bills with them.

Because they are practicing the art of medicine.They are not all knowing.They actually practice what they are doing to become expert.Practice make's perfect as the saying goes.You have secialist's and then when you find one that is an expert you know the difference.
