theres a ton of different variaties
theres ball, optical, and laser mice, which speak in terms of how the mouse knows its moving
theres wired and wireless, which just mean how they connect to your computer
theres regular and notebook, which just translate to size
theres also gaming mice, which are alot more sensitive
