I posted this Q somewhere else, but since this is where you guys will be, here it is: What kind of gifts do you like from your wives, and I don't mean 'sex', i mean a bought gift? Were going on our 6th anniversary and I want to get him somthing nice, and even after 5 years, I still dont know what he wants. I'm thinking gifts around $100, + or -.
Let the ideas pour in!!!

Inventory his hobbies...golf, biking, poker etc. then try and find a pro shop and talk to the staff.
tickets to sporting event for him and a buddy
MP3 player, GPS...we love gadgets!
sports memorabilia
"tilley hat" look online...every guy loves these.
we men like things that have stories with them...."Hey Ralph check out these sunglasses my wife bought me, they are the same type that avalanche rescue workers in Switzerland use"....that kind of stuff!

Here is the gig right... the next wedding anniversary is the seventh one. These 7th ones are called itchy years.... (I am into my third itchy year anniversary so have a little experience in what you are about to go through).
So the sixth is really important.... cause all the trouble usually stems from there. You were right to come to this forum by the way... (what a top shelf chick, eh guys).
For most men - when they forget an anniversary it's not because they wish to hurt you but because they are concerned that you seem edgy for no apparent reason ...
It's actually your fault.... but there is a cure... make sure you give him this "something nice" gift the day before ... saying something like ... "I couldn't wait to give you this and I have someting personal to give you tomorrow you sexy man." or whatever.. you do the corny lines but you get my drift. He will not forget the anniversay and you will never be dissapointed never knowing whether he was going to forget. Marriage requires a good deal of co-operation.
THE NICE GIFT
Now.. one thing... guys dont want "something nice" in a gift ... they want useless frivolous ones... if he hasn't got one you can get anything related to playstation, x-box, or air hockey, ... if he is into formula 1.. .get a driving set for the playstation.
Check it out. Guys love gadgets mostly because it distracts them from thinking about sex ... or masterbating. (that's raw but true even if he doesn't admit it) So get him what you consider to be a useless gadget. He will adore you for it.... but only if you don't complain when he is playing with it.... the gadget I mean.
Alternatively you could introduce a new sex toy for the bedroom... something you might both enjoy - The choices are numerous .. but he will think that would be OK, I am sure. This is because marriage takes a while to get comfortable with your partner but after 6 years you need to put some chilli on that tomale!@ once in a while.
You could buy a men's health magazine to get some ideas.. they are full of gadgets that men want. Men dont want something for their anniversary that they need. Never get something your husband needs. Anniversaries are meant to be for frivalous melancholy reminiscents not for reality trips.
Do this and you will have given him "something nice" even though you think it is junk, he will think you have finally began to understand him and the itchy year will go smoothly....
Oh yes... the actual anniversary day... you have it all wrong... for a guy.. it's a really memorable anniversary if it's all about having a load of fun and hot and steamy (sex). Those wedding night memories just keep getting better for me. shhh.
Good luck... but remember 100% of divorces start with marriage.. so chill out.

my husband says to look at the sport or the hobbies that he has. if hes in to golf new balls if he is in to cricket new bat or a membership to one off his favourite clubs. if he is not into sport then maybe if he likes fishing a day on a charter boat out deep sea fishing. failing all at hubby thinks the best anniversary gift would be a surprise so get a babysitter and book a table at a good restaurant ( with out him knowing ) tell him to get dressed and you drive him there. if you have a little bit more money book a room at a hotel and make a whole night of it .the last thing a guy wants for an anniversary gift is what his mother would get him (socks and jocks) lol. good luck hoped this helped.

i did not procedure what gay replaced into at the same time as i replaced into little. after I said it, i did not imagine some thing a lot less of it. I basically said a boy and a boy conserving palms or a woman and a woman conserving palms or kissing or hugging and idea that they were acquaintances. I extensively utilized to imagine that if a guy and a woman held palms, at ANY age, i idea they were a mommy and a daddy immediately, too. I also idea all cats were ladies and all dogs were boys, LOL... once you're youthful, you note some thing or listen some thing and for the longest time, you sign up that to be real. would not count number what that's, that's basically the innocence and absence of information that in undemanding words a baby can own and it occurs to anybody, as you will discover from my admission. that's no longer that you're an oddball, this replaced into basically the way you idea issues were like how i idea issues were. diverse, in spite of the undeniable fact that a similar. Being gay and speaking about it replaced into not in any respect taboo in my homestead. My dad and mom were open about it, inspite of the actuality that my father does no longer believe homosexuality, he replaced into not in any respect crass or rude about it. He suggested each each now and then, a guy loves yet another guy and a woman loves yet another lady the way a mommy and daddy do. He not in any respect suggested it replaced into incorrect or terrible. My mom suggested a similar issue. It replaced into always basically no vast deal in our homestead.

Another idea is to call one of his friends and ask them if your husband has been taking about buying something. You can also ask them what he talk's about doing or what he enjoys doing for hobbies and maybe they can help with ideas. Just make sure you can trust his friends not to say anything.

just get him something related to what he's passionate about.
if he likes hunting - get him some gun equipment or a new coat
if he likes eating food - take him out somewhere fancy....

You are supposed to know him as well as yourself. After 6 years you don't know. Shame.
He must give you hints throughout the year without even knowing it. What has he been looking at lately?
