Some people say I look innocent and it gets annoying cause I dont understand how u can "look" innocent....and how does innocence affect appearance.....although some girlz like the bad-boys, what does that have to do with how u look....one girl said that I was cute but I looked too innocent....Innocence is not a way to describe appearance....it's more of a trait for your personality.....

I'm fairly certain that most girls far favor innocent over the 'bad boy' look. What innocent means is that you don't look brooding or mean... but rather the opposite, as if you were completely nice and good-willed. It's just an impression that you get from one's appearance.

If someone said that you were "too" innocent, I think that means she finds weakness in it. To her, an innocent appearance may suggest a completely weak, fearful personality. Of course, I think she's an exception, as a statement like that surprises me. I wouldn't think anything of it.

Of course, the most important thing to consider (actually, I should be telling her, not you) is that appearances mean absolutely nothing.

I wouldn't worry about looking innocent. If you come across right, you'll have no problems with girls, and the look can even help a lot.

Pure superficiality.

The type of face that gives the illusion of no possibility of wrongdoing - as opposed to what you'd see at the end of a rope, or flying into the dirt from a showdown in a spaghetti western.

This type of thing.

Could be too you did something and they meant :

" Don't try to look innocent, we've got the goods on you. "

It relies upon on the context. unquestionably innocence is now and back a manner of telling somebody they're unaware. I see innocence as distinctive characteristic which would be embraced by making use of your acknowledgment of it.

aNOTHER way of saying 'you lack life experience.' Maybe you have a wide-eyed wonder approach to life.. Teenage girlz it seems like when guys 'seem' experienced. This doesn't necessarily mean that they are.
You dont have to pretend either maybe you're just not a show-off.
Just ignore those comments.

the way you look resembles your characteristics...

if you have tattoos and scars... you have probably done some crazy shite....

if you have your hair combed back nicely, and are always matching and stuff, they think you are a lil nerdy...

if you wear baggy clothes, and have all the bling bling, they think you are either a gangster or a wannabe...

it all depends on how you dress/act...
