You can either copy and paste it onto a blank document (Ex. microsoft word) or you could higlight it and click print by selection (instead of print all)

highlight the section you want and right click on it. Select copy and then open up either Microsoft Word, Notepad or Wordpad then rigt click on the blank page and select Paste. Print.

I agree with Cirric, but you could also copy it and paste it into a Word document and save it, especially if it contains info other than text that you wish to save.
