No way can super glue ever be removed from your phone. It has etched the plastic. You will literally have to sand it out.

Get some 2000 grit wet dry paper and wet sand it out. Then polish it out with Polishing compound, It will not even be noticable. You can get both at Paint store. 2000 grit wet dry paper is $1 and polishing compound is about $2 a small can for a lifetime supply.

Nail Polish Remover or Rubbing Alcohol will work. Just be care full as it can remove the normal paint of your phone too.

if all theideas here fail, go to a hobby shop. they have super glue remover. I use it to do just that.

If it is in a spot where it can be wiped off with nail polish remover that works well.

Googone will probably work. Try mild soap and water.
