This Appears to be authentic and professional . How can I check it out ? It is very specific and elaborate , and there must be others who received the same offer . It says to reply to

It would be suprised that an institute like that would use a yahoo email account.

Scams always look MORE official than legitimate offers. If the only contact information is an e-mail address, it is a scam. Any legitimate offer will provide a PHYSICAL address. Half the sentence is English and half is not. That's never a good sign. My vote, if in doubt, assume its a scam.

You will find that the official website of this organisation warns against this sham. Also, notice the various inaccuracies in the message, e.g. the number of zeros varies and make the thing a joke. The website is: www.ipsia.acli.it/
