Is Randy Orton not a heel anymore because in his triple threat match when he came down the ramp he got lots of cheers and RKO Signs?????? So is he a Face?

I think he is slowly turning face. I think Randy Orton will win the Money In The Bank Match and then start a rivalry with Edge because that is really the best way to start the rivalry. I hope that answers your question.

but does it really matter
Randy has had fans the whole time hes been in the WWE bcuz ppl know that he can always get the job done...
just like at WrestleMania 23 where he is going to win the Money In The Bank ladder match
then he will get a much deserved title shot...

I believe they're going to turn him face, I think they intended to for a while but things just poped up and delayed it.
I'm a big Orton fan, and always have like him through being heel and face.
I also heard something about one of the hardys turning heel, most likely jeff.. would bt interesting.

I agree with g6262 (or somethin like that) But I want to see Rated Rko break up. Edge is just using Randy I asume. #()&k edge. Randy was cooler when he wasnt with blondy (I'm not making blond jokes.)

He is surely going to feud with edge, that's why he is a face.. But, it's hard to change his attitude, which makes him a heel.. But, as long as he's beating Edge, I'll support him 100%!!
He' a half heel, half face like when he left Evolution..

I think that he is turning face but the wwe is doing it slowly cause last time they did it real quic and it didn't work out.
