my legs cramp and go to sleep due to having to sit for long times due to work and it hurts like heck when they cramp and wake up i want to cry it hurts so bad!!!!help ;( ochhhhh

You should try to stand once in awhile. You can also stretch out your legs and flex your feet occasionally. Bend you knees and kick out and to the side. Lift your toes off the floor and then lift your heels off. Shift your weight and lift your buttocks even if it's only a few inches once in a while.

Anyone sitting for long periods is at greater risk of Deep Vein Thrombosis. You need to get up and move around regularly, or at least stand up and change position.

KEEP UR BLOOD circulating through your legs, and most likely it wont happen anymore

Be a regular water drinker,do jogging.

you should stand and stretch every hour and take your breaks
