Yes.
Brown is the dominant gene. This means that every time a new human being is formed, if it has brown hair or eye in its genetics, it will quash blue eyes and blonde hair, two recessive genes. Dominant genes are the strongest and will usually come through. There are a few exceptions, and it's mainly chance, but basically the odds are if you have the gene, you'll have brown hair/eyes.

Brown eyes appear brown because most of the eye contains the brown color. Brown is the most common, blue is second, and green is rarest.

I am not sure about hair color but eye color is predominantly brown, due to the dominance of the genes.

i imagine darkish brown is the most elementary eye colour in the international because virtually each Asian in the international clearly has darkish brown eyes (in spite of if darkish brown eyes frequently seem black). And China takes about 20% (a million.3 billion) of the international's inhabitants so i wager black is fairly elementary. And the colour of our eyes count number on the quantity and form of pigment that are present day. i wager Caucasians in simple terms have each of the sorts of pigment present day of their genes.
