From what I hear on the goldberg story is that Vince like goldberg. Vince understands that he puts As* in the seats. Poeple love the guy and He is probaly they most dominate wrestler ever.
However We all know wrestling is not real in the fact they already know who is going to win before the match. Goldberg was actualy hurting the wrestlers for real and did not follow all of the rules to make sure that he did not hurt anyone in the ring. So thats why wwe let him go and unless Goldberg learns to respect other peoples saftey he will not be brought back to the wwe. However I really do think he will turn up on TNA sooner than later. Tna is a little more physical and less dramatic than wwe and is more goldbergs type of wrestling.

Goldberg was so cool I think Mr. Vince wanted to make Goldberg kiss his @ss and Goldberg said suck it.

He didn't get fired by the WWE. He quit wrestling for them. The reason for it was because the he thought the storylines were moronic.

WWE never fired him, they have been under constant negotiations to try to get him back, he just wants too much money. It's the same situation with GB and TNA... which i pray he doesn't go to because TNA blows...
After WM20, his contract was up, and they wanted badly to resign, but they didn't because of him wanting too much money, he's good, but not as good as he wants.
