you need to back up something you assert on your paper...whether that's lecture. i think of the APA e book has information on a thank you to quote stuff from lectures or seminars. i could do this. Or say "for my section...", or "i could argue..." while you're offering your techniques to be certain you do no longer make any undocummented claims.
